👋 Hi, I’m Baptiste.

I’m seeking a hands-on Product Management internship where I can work closely with engineers on real infrastructure problems, learn how production systems are built, and contribute tangible product outputs.

I’m a fintech-focused product builder with a strong interest in payments infrastructure, API-driven products, and early-stage execution.

I’m currently on a gap year between EDHEC and a Master’s in Computer Science (EURECOM), with a focus on software, data, and applied AI, and a strong bias toward shipping over theory.

I’m currently strengthening my full-stack and AI-enabled product skills (Le Wagon, London) while actively building and iterating on real fintech products.

What’s shipped so far

1. A live product sandbox (switchpayglobal.com) to explore payment orchestration concepts

• A structured merchant discovery flow (user form + synthesis) to validate assumptions
• Documented product decisions on switchpay

2. A weekly fintech infrastructure series “Break the Stack” to crystallize learning and share insights (0 → 500 subscribers, including Matt Jones, Lek Solokin and many more!)

3. A BNPL API-first widget embeddable for marketplaces & e-commerce platforms

What I can help you with

I’m most useful in early-stage fintech environments where product and infra are still tightly coupled.

• Supporting payment flows & orchestration (PSPs, routing logic, retries, failures)
• Helping structure merchant onboarding & KYB workflows
• Writing clear, API-aware product specs & PRDs
• Reasoning through infra constraints and product trade-offs
• Contributing to early-stage product discovery, scoping, and execution
